Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16 when she gave up her gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her college education. In 2015 she continued the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competition to get her college degree. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in 3rd place during the event. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division even though she being completely unprepared. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving onto exercises. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. How she does this is to superset the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
